The Hotel Diggi Palace is a part of the original haveli of the Thakurs of Diggi, and is nestled amidst 18 acres of a cluster of havelis, structures and gardens owned by the family. The family also resides in the main part of the haveli and takes active part in the upkeep and administration of the hotel, thereby ensuring that the guest does not only enjoy the relaxing ambience and peaceful environs but also the warmth and homely atmosphere provided by the family. The Diggi Palace, In the heart of the pink city of Jaipur, is the city seat of the Diggi family whose ancient principality is located 75 Kms. from the capital towards the western frontier. The main building and its surrounding bagh (Garden) as well as the fountain was constructed by Shri Thakur Saheb Pratap Singh Ji Diggi of the ruling family of the house of Diggi around 1860's. Originally a Bagh (Garden retreat) for the family, the House and its surroundings with the lush green gardens were used for holding the Durbar whenever the Thakurs were here and also to preside over the administration of "Diggi Thikana or principality". The Thakur was also supposed to hold meetings with the king and also to keep him updated with the local administration of his respective province. Later converted into the permanent residence for the family, Diggi Palace was converted to a Hotel in 1990.

Most of the raw material used in preparing the food in the restaurant is organically produced by the family itself at their privately owned farms where they would be happy to take you on weekend visits. Vegetables are grown using strict organic methodology. A dairy maintained by the family in the premises itself produces milk and products. Even the spices / pulses / grains are grown on our own land under our strict supervision, thereby ensuring that the quality of the food in the restaurant is healthy and of the highest quality and yet inexpensive. All cooking is carried out in a spotlessly clean, glass fronted kitchen, which allows the customer to see his food being prepared in front of his eyes.

The Main Durbar Hall with its own private garden, offers indoor and outdoor conference facilities for a maximum of 300-500 people. Size of the hall is a carpet area of 8000 Sq. Ft. The lawn is capable of handling a hugh gathering of 1000-1500 people with a mellow ambience and is an excellent choice for New Year's Eve and Christmas parties.
